About the role
- This position is on a 3/2 schedule on night shift from 7p-7a.
Requirements
- Must have strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must possess the ability to effectively communicate with associates at all levels of the organization.

- Communicate daily production goals and expectations to operators on all shifts and documents and reports production results required.
Nice to have
- Experience leading a team preferred.
- Must be in good standing with no disciplinary action or attendance issues (Associates in Written or higher stage of counseling are not eligible to apply).
- Must have performer or higher rating in last review.
