Responsibilities

  • A position has arisen for an Instrumentation Lab Technical Lead.
  • As the Instrumentation Lab Technical Lead you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of skilled Instrumentation Engineering Technicians to deliver instrumented test hardware and custom sensors for experimental testing.
  • Develop, deliver, and demonstrate engineering performance metrics, including commitment to continuous improvement
  • May travel for off-site instrumentation and test support and represent the company while working with the customer

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related business field with 5+ years of experience in technical roles OR;
  • Master's degree in Engineering or related business field and 3+ years experience, OR;
  • PhD in Engineering with 5+ years' experience
  • In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship
  • Experience in managing/leading/coaching people and teams to successful outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Experience in understanding and managing customer and senior management expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective and positive engagement and communication on technical and business issues
  • Proven ability to exercise sound technical and business judgement
  • Technical experience with Instrumentation (i.e. pressure, strain, temperature)
  • Engineering testing experience in gas turbine systems

Compensation

  • $126,694 - $205,878-Annually
  • Indianapolis, IN
