A position has arisen for an Instrumentation Lab Technical Lead.
As the Instrumentation Lab Technical Lead you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of skilled Instrumentation Engineering Technicians to deliver instrumented test hardware and custom sensors for experimental testing.
Develop, deliver, and demonstrate engineering performance metrics, including commitment to continuous improvement
May travel for off-site instrumentation and test support and represent the company while working with the customer

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related business field with 5+ years of experience in technical roles OR;
Master's degree in Engineering or related business field and 3+ years experience, OR;
PhD in Engineering with 5+ years' experience
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship
Experience in managing/leading/coaching people and teams to successful outcomes and customer satisfaction
Experience in understanding and managing customer and senior management expectations
Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective and positive engagement and communication on technical and business issues
Proven ability to exercise sound technical and business judgement
Technical experience with Instrumentation (i.e. pressure, strain, temperature)
Engineering testing experience in gas turbine systems
