Requirements
- 3-8 years of commercial real estate investment analysis experience.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills and the ability to convey findings clearly with effective writing.
- Ability to break down complex issues into component parts and pursue resolution
- Ability to develop complex financial models in Excel and ARGUS.
- Experience with mezzanine debt and preferred equity structures preferred.

Nice to have

Compensation
- $120,000-150,000 and additional incentive compensation.
