Responsibilities
- Collaborate with attending neurologists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to communicate significant intraoperative findings.
- Maintain and troubleshoot IOM equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIPAA and institutional policies.

- In this role, you will independently perform complex intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring procedures, provide real-time technical interpretation of neurophysiologic data, and collaborate closely with neurologists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and operating room staff to help optimize patient safety during surgery.
Requirements
- Associate degree with formal training in Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IOM)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Neurophysiology Technician II or equivalent advanced IOM experience
- Demonstrated expertise performing complex intraoperative neuromonitoring cases independently
- Experience using neurophysiology monitoring equipment, preferably Cadwell Surgical Studio
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operating room environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Neuroscience, Biological Sciences, or a related field
- Demonstrates exceptional clinical judgment and technical expertise
- Required
- Current ABRET Certified in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM)
- Successful completion of a Level III competency assessment
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred
- Graduate of an ABRET-recognized NIOM Program

Compensation
- The base pay scale for this position is $52.59 - $57.19.
- The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation.
