Responsibilities

  • Our partner is looking for a Contracts, Compliance, and HR Administrator based in the United States.
  • The role combines contract administration, financial compliance, and human resources support, offering broad exposure across multiple business functions.
  • This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing diverse responsibilities, thrives in deadline-driven environments, and is passionate about building efficient and compliant business operations.
  • Support contract and subcontract administration activities, including maintaining subcontract files, modifications, deliverables, invoice documentation, and closeout records.
  • Manage and maintain compliance documentation, internal checklists, standard operating procedures, and records aligned with FAR, DFARS, and other government contracting regulations.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including document collection, background checks, employment verifications, and I-9 processing.
  • Support proposal pricing activities, subcontract cost analysis, and preparation of supporting financial documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subcontracting partners to ensure timely communication, accurate documentation, and efficient administrative operations.
  • Diverse and cross-functional responsibilities that support professional development and career growth.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Rippling, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Nice to have

  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
  • equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
