About the role
- Prepares and/or participates in the preparation and presentation of institutional data for academic portfolio, and academic program review
- Analyzes a variety of institutional data such as, but not limited to, that for student outcomes (including enrollment, retention, graduation, and experience)
- Extracts data from various university systems, validating information for accuracy and consistency, and to fulfill internal and external reporting and ad hoc data requests
Responsibilities
- The Institutional Research Analyst II conducts institutional research activities to support University planning, decision-making, and process/program improvements
- Conducts surveys and research: participates and advises on survey design
- Conducts surveys and research: participates and advises on survey design; provides advice on research design, information resources
- Prepares reports and projections to support decisions on student success, and institutional impact
Nice to have
- Doctorate in applied statistics, economics, data science, or other related quantitative field
- Experience in institutional research or institutional effectiveness office
