About the role

Publish and update web content, graphics, and digital resources.

Website & Digital Content Manage and maintain Village Church's website and digital platforms.
Digital Systems & Staff Support Build and maintain Asana projects, templates, and workflows.
Create documentation, training resources, and self-serve tools that support staff and ministry teams.
Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 technology support requests and coordinate issue resolution.
Team & Ministry Support Help recruit, equip, and support volunteers serving in digital roles.
What Success Looks Like Gospel Ensure the church's digital presence clearly communicates the Gospel and supports the mission of developing fully devoted followers of Christ.
Create online experiences that help people take meaningful next steps in their faith journey.
Culture Maintain digital experiences that reflect excellence, intentionality, and hospitality.
Support outreach efforts by creating digital pathways that connect people to church events, ministries, and Sunday services.

Experience with website content management systems.
Experience with graphic design software such as Affinity Suite or Adobe Creative Cloud.
Experience using project management platforms
Experience in a church, ministry, nonprofit, or similarly structured organization is an asset.
Familiarity with digital communications, website management, and user experience best practices is an asset.
Experience creating training materials, documentation, or knowledge-base resources is an asset.
The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and passionate about helping others succeed.
