Responsibilities
- The Senior HRBP, USA Region will be the primary partner to regional leadership and will help build the organization, leadership capability, and people practices needed to scale the region effectively.
- This is a hands-on role focused on turning growth plans into an organization that can deliver.
- Partner with the USA regional leadership team across the full regional setup, embedding people priorities into business planning, workforce decisions, and organizational design as the region scales.
- Lead organizational design and team-shape decisions for the region, helping leaders make sound choices on structure, manager set-up, capability needs, and scaling priorities.
- Act as a hands-on build-and-scale HR partner by supporting critical hiring, onboarding, leadership capability, retention, and team effectiveness in a fast-moving and high-pressure environment.
- Proven experience partnering on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies that enable business growth.
- Experience using people data and insights to identify risks and drive informed business decisions.
- 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth technology or infrastructure organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
Requirements
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into practical people solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.

Compensation
- We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, the level at which the candidate is hired, and geographic location, consistent with applicable law.
- Base Compensation Range
- $144,600 - $180,700 USD
- Strong understanding of core HR disciplines, including talent management, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and U.S. employment practices
