About the role

Netic serves some of the largest, most important essential service businesses in the US, and we are in the process of serving many more.
We are looking for a creative and results oriented growth marketing generalist that will run campaigns end to end and help us break into our highest priority accounts.
You will come up with and execute on memorable, A+ quality campaigns.

Obsess over the messaging and stories that we tell in order to drive meetings once we get someone's initial attention
Collaborate closely with our sales org to find winning campaigns and learn from the front lines
Relentless operational excellence. Great ideas only matter when the execution is flawless. You sweat the details, run tight processes, and ensure everything you ship delivers an incredible experience.
Exceptional cross-functional skills. You build strong partnerships with sales, product, and external partners to build systems that are aligned, high leverage, and easy to execute against.
High-ownership leader. You set the standard, lead from the front, and take full accountability for outcomes.

You are a strong marketing generalist.
You have an intuition for good marketing, you have familiarity with a broad number of marketing channels, and you can solve a wide array of marketing challenges.
You have a knack for high quality writing and experience putting that writing into the world.
You are naturally creative and have a history of coming up with creative ideas to cut through the noise.
You have experience using AI to speed up your work and raise the ceiling on the quality of your projects.
