Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage key Kinaxis transformation projects, including quick wins and sub-projects, to drive strategic planning capabilities and promote collaboration across demand, inventory, and supply planning processes.
- System Ownership: Own end-to-end Kinaxis system performance, ensuring stability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement aligned with multi-year roadmaps developed collaboratively with technical teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with ESCO stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align on project goals, advocate initiatives, and deliver change management strategies that ensure sustainable transformational change globally.
- Team Development: Coach and develop a highly technical team, fostering accountability, resilience, and adaptability to maintain system continuity and support supply chain planning effectiveness.
- Change Management: Oversee and implement effective change management efforts across user groups to ensure adoption and success of Kinaxis-enabled processes.
- Travel Requirements: Minimal travel expected, primarily related to S/4 design phase

- Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage change in a global, cross-functional environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years Kinaxis hands-on experience with strong technical capability in planning systems.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Broad knowledge of supply chain planning including demand, inventory, supply, and SIOP processes.
- Experience with Oracle and/or SAP ERP integration.
- Industry experience in supply chain planning systems environments.
