About the role

  • Provide nursing care to a defined group of patients, adhering to Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington ambulatory Nursing Care Standards, the Nursing Code of Ethics and Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington policies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Health Care services for the patient in other segments of the Health Care delivery system.
  • Provide and coordinate nursing care for the patient in collaboration with the Health Care team.
