Responsibilities

  • Instructional design experience is a plus.

Requirements

  • Develop and modify all training documentation as required.
  • Prior experience with Telecommunications Software ICOMS preferred.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity and urgency.

Nice to have

  • High School diploma, or equivalent experience, Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  • Accredited training certifications are a plus.

Compensation

  • The base salary range in Pennsylvania and Texas for this position is $45,000 - $73,500 annually, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable.
