About the role

  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile stock levels and identify any discrepancies.

Responsibilities

  • Work regularly to lift and/or move objects 10-30 lbs; occasionally, with team support, lift and/or move objects greater than 30 lbs.

Requirements

  • May be required to climb ladders or stairs to access products stored on higher shelves.
  • Must be able to tolerate fluctuations in facility temperatures Must be able to tolerate an occasional high noise volume environment that includes speakers, fans, moving racks and conveyor belts.

  • The Inventory Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, coordinating inventory related activities, and ensuring a smooth flow of goods throughout the supply chain.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between system records and physical counts.
  • Ensure that all inventory handling processes follow established quality control standards and comply with safety regulations.
  • Generate inventory reports, analyze data, and provide insights to management to improve inventory control procedures and overall warehouse efficiency.
  • Conduct monthly EFR (Efficiency Feedback Reviews) with staff providing feedback and coaching on areas of improvement.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to inventory control staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Continuously assess storage capacity and identify opportunities for optimizing space allocation, reducing wastage, and increasing overall storage efficiency.
  • Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required.

Compensation

  • $10k-$30k
