About the role
- UAT is seeking an experience and dynamic sales leader to oversee the Admissions Department.
- We are looking for a seasoned professional to provide supervision and management to the Admissions Team by overseeing the daily operations related to inquiry and enrollment generation for on ground, online, graduate, and international students.
- This role provides leadership to ensure university, department, and individual goals are consistently met and exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Build a robust student pipeline from prospect to graduate
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans, building a high-performing team
- Lead, monitor, and develop a diverse Admissions team, creating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements related to admissions
- Foster strong communication and teamwork across student-facing departments to support seamless admissions process
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and build high-performing teams
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
Requirements

- Cultivate positive relationships with UAT students and ensures the highest level of customer service
- Demonstrate ability to analyze processes, improve procedures, and generate innovative solutions
- Bachelor's degree required
