Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales leadership, business partners and enablement team to design and implement sales enablement programs that align with business objectives.
- Partner with and support across the enablement team in capturing sales best practices, providing guidance as needed for classroom delivery options and ideas, as well as providing feedback to improving course/webinars and/or creating new content.
- Background in sales, training project management for design and content creation.
- Show an ownership mindset in everything you do; be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action, be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success.
- Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement Team, Sales Account Executives, Business Partners (Product, Marketing, Technology, etc.)
Requirements
- Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily.
- Ability to sit, speak and operate telephone and/or computer for long periods of time
- Ability to handle pressure, stressful conditions, and conflict resolution
- Ability to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
- Ability to travel by any form of transportation
