Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a technology transfer strategy, from R&D to final product
  • Manage all elements of the software development process
  • Directly manage a team of software development engineers
  • Partner with the GM and executive stakeholders to build a new venture-scale business
  • Ability to lead, grow and motivate a team
  • Strong desire to build a venture scale business with a small team over the next several years

Requirements

  • Define the technology architecture required to bring a novel CAM product to market
  • A master's degree in a STEM discipline, or equivalent experience

Compensation

  • Range: Annual salary for this position is expected to be between $192,223 to $288,334, plus participation in our annual bonus plan and long-term incentive plan.
  • The actual pay may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
