The Welder/Fabricator at Nomad GCS is responsible for performing high-quality welding and metal fabrication using MIG, TIG, spool gun, and push-pull techniques on both metal and aluminum materials.

This position requires that you must be a US Citizen for consideration and meet all Federal Contractor employee requirements.
High school diploma or GED required.
2-5+ years of previous welding and metal fabrication experience, including interpreting blueprints, specifications, diagrams, schematics to determine appropriate welding process.
2-5+ years of experience and knowledge of MIG, TIG, spool gun, or push-pull welding applications.
Must have good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
We seek a candidate that is self-inspired to learn and demonstrates a high degree of customer service while positively contributing to our team.
Maintain a good proficiency rate while avoiding any rework.
Have a basic knowledge of the Metric and Imperial Measurement Systems and how to calculate with them.
Assistance required for anything heavier than 50 pounds.
Additional education or an apprenticeship desired.
