About the role

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and metrics-driven Corporate Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team.
This is a hybrid position based out of our New York City office.

Multi-Vertical Sourcing: Build robust pipelines for diverse corporate tracks, with an emphasis on high-demand technical pipelines (AI, software engineering) alongside finance, marketing, and operations.
Creative Outreach: Develop and pilot experimental, highly personalized outreach methods to capture elite, passive candidate pools.
Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with corporate recruiters and business leaders to deeply understand specialized role requirements.
Metrics Tracking: Actively track funnel metrics to evaluate channel efficacy, monitor conversion rates, and deliver regular pipeline reports to TA leadership.

Domain Knowledge: A proven track record of successfully sourcing corporate talent at all levels.
Tech Stack: Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem (or similar CRM tools), and Greenhouse ATS (or similar).
Bachelor's degree.

Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Corporate Recruiting Leader, you will take the lead on identifying, mapping, and engaging premium passive talent across multiple corporate verticals-including Technology, AI, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy, to name a few.
