About the role
- The Strategic Partnerships team sits at the center of Unity's most consequential commercial partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end commercial execution for major technology partnerships (AI, platform, cloud, and hardware).
- Draft, redline, and drive to signature complex commercial agreements.
- Serve as the day-to-day relationship owner with senior partner counterparts - organizing and leading strategic business reviews, tracking open commercial items, and identifying partnership expansion opportunities
- Identify, research, and validate new business initiatives, and partnership opportunities to grow our business
- We drive long-term strategic value by closing complex deals, managing active partner relationships, and translating partnership activity into outcomes that matter to Unity's product roadmap and financial results.

Requirements
- Demonstrated track record closing complex commercial agreements in a technology company
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with ability to get into details with operational team members and synthesize for C-suite
- Experience in AI or platform technology businesses

- Coordinate operational partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Sales, Biz Ops
Compensation
- Note: This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position.
- Gross pay salary
- $184,100 - $276,100 USD
