Responsibilities
- Lead field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure proper installation and project execution
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and enforce company safety policies on all job sites
- Support project closeouts, including documentation, punch lists, and inspections
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- To support an efficient and fair hiring process, we may use technology assisted tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to help identify and evaluate candidates.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in low voltage construction or electrical systems
- Strong understanding of fire alarm systems (NFPA 72), electrical codes (NEC), and low voltage systems
Nice to have
- Fire alarm system experience is strongly preferred.
- Fire alarm installation and commissioning experience strongly preferred

- Problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Ability to work at remote project sites for extended periods as needed
Compensation
- $73,000-101,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package.
