About the role
- This role will involve supporting, training, and guiding DSPs to ensure the delivery of high-quality care in a safe, respectful, and person-centered manner.
Responsibilities
- Support a team of DSPs, ensuring they provide high-quality care to individuals with disabilities.
- Offer guidance and assistance as needed to help maintain excellent service.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new DSPs, providing mentorship and support to help them succeed in their roles.
- Ensure individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies are followed correctly by monitoring care quality and supporting DSPs in implementing best practices.
- Support corrective action processes as directed.
- Be a point of support during challenging situations or crises, guiding DSPs in using de-escalation techniques and following proper protocols.

Requirements
- First Aid / CPR Certification or willing to obtain upon hire Must have a valid Driver's License & Insurance Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to residential care services.
- Help maintain accurate client records, ensuring documentation of care activities, incidents, and other required reports is complete and up to company and regulatory standards.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
