About the role

- In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and sales support to Account Executives.
- Support the team by tracking priorities, coordinating tasks, and maintaining organized sales records.
- Join our television sales team as a Sales Assistant, where you'll play an essential role in supporting Account Executives and helping drive the success of our sales operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant digital media or sales experience preferred.
- media industry experience is a plus.
- experience with WideOrbit or Operative AOS is a plus.
- Knowledge of the streaming advertising marketplace is preferred, or a willingness to quickly learn the industry.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales/administrative support
- Familiarity with CRM systems
