About the role
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting as the Family Office function continues to evolve.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building, enhancing and executing the processes and controls supporting AQR's Family Office function, including integrating AI concepts and capabilities.
- Oversee reporting to Partners regarding their AQR ownership interests and related investments in AQR funds.
- Manage the administration and reporting of AQR's internal seed capital program.
- Support estate planning administration and reporting, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors as appropriate.
- Coordinate charitable giving transactions and related documentation for AQR Partners.
- Support the due diligence, administration and reporting of a new seed fund vehicle of AQR.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to build scalable processes and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the professionalism and discretion to work directly with AQR Partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- High degree of integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and with external advisors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Nice to have
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a family office, private banking, or public accounting serving high-net-worth clients.
Skills
- Strong accounting and financial reporting skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is expected to be $120,000 to $140,000.
