Conducts ongoing development of inventory strategies to determine cost-effective use of inventory investment while maximizing inventory turns and meeting service level targets.
Identifies and recommends opportunities to reduce costs and improve cash flow.
Actively participate in the creation of supply policies for BU and category (includes CFR, inventory, capacity planning, sourcing).
Identify and surface any gaps/exceptions to supply policies including proposed remediation options & recommendations
Coordinate product supply remediation activities and root cause analytics on service & inventory defects for assigned categories
Participates as a planning representative on cross-functional project teams.
Participates in & initiates supply chain continuous improvement projects
Work in close partnership with National Fulfillment Planners and Plant Schedulers to ensure key KPIs are met.
