  • Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with senior level decision makers in your assigned accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Relevant year's experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
  • Prior experience in meeting/exceeding sales quota
  • Strong understanding of a value-based sales approach
  • Significant experience in managing a pipeline of active deals

  • Overview of Position
  • This is a quota-carrying position located in Broadcom's office in Plano, TX.
  • ADs are expected to be in the office every day.

Compensation

  • The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD 154,700.00 To USD 247,500.00
  • OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents and salary.
  • In addition, as a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible to receive a competitive new hire equity grant and annual equity awards, directly connecting your success to the company's growth.
  • All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
  • Creating and achieving long-term and short-term account-based revenue objectives (i.e. Annual Business Plan, Quarterly Territory Plan, etc.)
  • Exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
