About the role
- Prepare and present financial results, variance analysis, and forward‑looking insights to senior leaders
- Ensure strong financial controls, disciplined cash flow management, and appropriate capital spend
Responsibilities
- You will lead a team of FIS and Accenture finance professionals who support strategic and operational decision‑making for Banking segment businesses.
- Lead and manage full P&L ownership for a group of Banking segment businesses, including revenue, costs, and staffing
- Develop, motivate, and manage a team of finance professionals, providing clear goals, ongoing feedback, and performance management in partnership with HR
- Manage the Accenture relationship, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery against objectives
- Drive process improvement initiatives, including opportunities to increase efficiency through automation and AI‑enabled solutions
- Work closely with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and long‑term growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years' experience in people management with responsibility for performance management and team development
- 6+ years' experience in financial planning, forecasting, and P&L management experience in a complex organization
- Extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial controls
- Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to senior leaders, both verbally and in writing
- Experience working with enterprise financial systems and reporting tools
- Experience supporting large‑scale Banking or financial services businesses
- Experience leading process transformation or efficiency initiatives
