About the role

  • The Clinical Groups Facilitator is responsible for the coordination and delivery of evidence-based groups across a range of recovery and mental health topics.
  • This role involves ensuring groups meet clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards while fostering a supportive environment for individuals seeking recovery.
  • The Clinical Groups Facilitator will provide services in a fully integrated, holistic, and collaborative manner using a team-treatment approach.

Responsibilities

  • Offers arts, meditation, and recreational focused groups to improve patient engagement, creativity, communication, and connection with peers and support the development of positive social skills.
  • Works with the leadership team to plan, implement, and maintain trauma-informed practices.
  • Other job duties as assigned to support with clinical services.
  • Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in the field.
  • Other job duties as assigned to support the administrative duties of the role.

Requirements

  • Maintains client and program records in accordance with agency requirements and timelines Assist in all reporting as required by supervisors.
  • Attends all trainings and professional development opportunities as required.

Compensation

  • $66,560.00 - $74,880.00 annual salary 401(k) Retirement Plan: All eligible employees may elect to participate after 1 year of service.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
