Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Aftersales and Retail ERP systems supporting service operations, parts management, DMS, warranty, recall, technical service, and related retail capabilities.
- Serve as the Commercial IT domain owner for the Aftersales ERP template, coordinating solution design, vendor execution, phased rollout, integration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Commercial Operations, Digital Products, ERP, Finance, Data, Platform Engineering, Security, and other system teams to resolve dependencies and drive decisions.
- Evaluate build, buy, and other system options, ensuring recommendations are based on business value, launch readiness, integration complexity, cost, scalability, and long-term supportability.
- Strong vendor management skills, including RFI/RFP support, solution evaluation, implementation oversight, and delivery accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and decisions while maintaining focus on launch readiness.

Requirements
- This role will lead a portfolio spanning Aftersales ERP, DMS, service operations, parts logistics, technical service systems, warranty and recall touchpoints, and required VW Group systems.
- To be considered for career opportunities at Scout Motors, applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong understanding of automotive Aftersales, service operations, parts logistics, retail operations, DMS, ERP, or related commercial systems.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, engineering, or related field.
- 12 + years of experience in IT, business systems, product delivery, ERP implementation, or solution delivery; automotive or mobility experience preferred.

Compensation
- This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program.
- Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.
- The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
- Initial base salary range = $160,000.00 - $192,500.00
