About the role

  • Essential Job Functions The primary responsibility of the PCBA/SMT Assembly Technician is to test, rework and assemble circuit boards with an emphasis on high quality & efficiency.
  • Ability to multi-task and be FLEXIBLE is a MUST.

Responsibilities

  • Follow established procedures to ensure functional circuit boards are being completed in the build process, including 25% and 100% inspection of completed circuit boards Document and deliver erroneous boards, and communicate potential course of action 4.
  • Assemble & rework circuit boards Receive daily batches from Lead Final Assembly Technician or Board Assembly
  • Manager Handle all assembly & rework stages of the build process, including:

  • This is a fast paced and dynamic environment, offering first hand experience in small electronics assembly.

Nice to have

  • However, basic knowledge of soldering and electronics is a PLUS.
