About the role
- Job Description: This is a hybrid position based out of Orlando, Florida.
- SUMMARY: The creation and maintenance of software applications under close supervision.
- EXPERTISE: Entry-level position for individuals with the aptitude, educational background, or related work experience to begin a career in application development.
Responsibilities
- Assist in research and fact-finding to develop, modify, or enhance applications and information systems.
- Design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain programs.
- Own a customer's issue from initial contact to resolution or transition the issue to the appropriate person.
Requirements
- Qualified candidates must possess experience with ESRI ArcGIS, ArcGIS 10.x or ArcGIs Pro.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Skills
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fields
- or equivalent work experience.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- At a minimum, the ability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Consistent attendance is required.
- Ability to accept supervision.
- Must be a personable, positive, and professional representative of the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
