About the role
- Prepare and issue client invoices in accordance with company policies and client agreements
- Ensure timely collection of payments while monitoring A/R aging reports
- Reconcile client accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
Responsibilities
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
- Provide clerical support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and report preparation
- Support CSB account teams and various profit centers as needed
- They will also assist with the company's outgoing payments while working independently and collaborate effectively with vendors and internal departments to maintain accurate financial records and support smooth business operations.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- associate or bachelor's degree in accounting/finance a plus.
- 1+ years of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience preferred
Skills
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education.
Compensation
- In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
