Responsibilities
- Product Support & Field Deployment
- Support product rollouts, software and hardware updates, and configuration changes at customer facilities.
- Clinical Studies & Research Support
- Collect, document, and relay clinical observations, product performance data, and user feedback to the product team.
- Deliver product training sessions to clinical end-users, hospital staff, and internal sales or operations teams.
- Develop and refine training materials, quick-reference guides, and onboarding documentation.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical clinical audiences.
- ability to travel to customer and clinical sites across the Houston area.
- Proficiency with standard productivity tools (Google Workspace, video conferencing).
- Familiarity with patient monitoring systems, wearables, or nursing home clinical workflows.
- Ability to travel domestically on an occasional basis as business needs require.
