About the role
- We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team and focus on selling our products and services to a select number of rooftops (50 or fewer) in the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients across a targeted portfolio of rooftops.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective service delivery.
- In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that drive business growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably within a relevant industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
