About the role
- The Recruiter will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a working relationship with various recruiting sources, including colleges and universities, participating in job fairs.

Requirements
- Ability to travel for recruitment meetings and career fairs.
- Experience with Workday
- 5-10 years recruiting experience
Nice to have
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions.
- Minimum of two years recruiting experience.
- DoD experience is a plus.
- US Citizenship with ability to obtain a clearance.
- Strong time management and problem solving skills.
- Excellent interviewing and evaluating skills.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
