Responsibilities
- Student Recruitment & Relationship Building
- Manage recruitment efforts within 3-5 assigned geographic territories for first-year student recruitment
- Generate and develop prospective student leads through in-person meetings, phone calls, email communication, events, and outreach activities
- Build strong relationships with prospective students, families, counselors, pastors, and community influencers
- Support accurate and timely admissions and scholarship decision processes
- Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities and student interactions within CRM systems
- Manage communications and updates for assigned academic departments and campus partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, student engagement, public speaking, or related work
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and connect with prospective students and families
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
Nice to have
- Previous university admissions experience
- Experience in sales, marketing, public relations, or related fields
- Ability to write and speak Spanish
- Experience using CRM systems such as Slate

- Rate of pay: $53,041 annualized, $25.50 per hour
