About the role

True Legacy Homes is a rapidly growing company working to relieve the burden families in life transition endure during the liquidation of their family property.
With the aging of the baby boomers, there is a massive opportunity ahead of us.
The part-time Retail Associate position is responsible for the retail operations of the Estate Sale business including setup and merchandising, customer service, sales, and breakdown of events.

Responsibilities

Manage the preparation and operation of the Estate Sale.
Create and hang signage throughout the home.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Experience with customer service.
Must have a high level of integrity.
Ability to work efficiently.
Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs.
Ability to see and read computer screens, small electronic devices, and maps.

Nice to have

High school diploma or equivalent.
Work may involve exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, loud noise, or chemicals.

Part-time positions typically range from 16 to 26 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours based on the needs of the business.
Work schedules are published one week in advance.
Part-time team members are also eligible for mileage reimbursement, a $15 monthly cell phone reimbursement, and paid sick leave.
