About the role

This role is responsible for the daily oversight of Endeavour's Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) assets, including managing client SLA's, equipment oversight, ongoing regulatory reporting, and any other project needs.

Organizational Support: Work cross-functionally with our Endeavour groups to support processes around management/monitoring standards, document control, client management, and other needs.

Technical Breadth: Strong knowledge of Energy Service Agreements, project design, critical infrastructure, and mission-critical project needs.

Organizational Support: Deep understanding of organizational functions related to equipment servicing and monitoring, legal/contracts, accounting, and others.
Builder: Desire to build a team and set of processes, operating withing a fast-growth organization.
Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse group of reports and colleagues - ability to lead in a dynamic environment.

Apply deep knowledge of critical infrastructure, SLA's, emissions reporting, gas procurement, and client-management practices to oversee complex Energy-as-a-Service.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
8+ years of experience in large scale energy infrastructure projects
Experience in mission-critical environments is required
Proven track record of leading asset management, interacting with executive leadership, managing project financial needs, and supporting large scale infrastructure projects.
