About the role
- Ingest data from third party applications & in-house data stores
- Improve code quality through code reviews, testing, and advocating for best practices
Responsibilities
- As a Software Engineer on the Customer Lifecycle team, you'll build and evolve the systems that power how we measure, monetize, and optimize the customer journey end-to-end.
- Your work will enable accurate usage capture, transparent reporting, and self-service analytics, helping drive a more data-informed organization and directly supporting the growth and effectiveness of our AI and Core product experiences.
- Partner with cross functional teams to define requirements
- Develop data models to support data integration pipelines with external systems, such as ERPs and CRMS
- Design dimensional data models and build scalable data pipelines
- Support internal and external reporting metrics creation
- We prioritize and maintain a fair, inclusive and equitable workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Requirements
- You have 2+ years of data engineering experience
- You have experience with ETL/ELT development
- You have experience with Airflow
- You have experience with AWS
- You have experience with DBT
- You have experience with Snowflake

Compensation
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $170,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
