About the role
- We're seeking a driven Business Development Rep to join our team at our Laguna Hills, CA headquarters.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a tight, confident value message in under 60 seconds
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, notes, and outcomes
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is motivated by clear targets, accountability, and results, and thrives in a structured sales environment.
Compensation
- Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) Commission - $200 earned for each qualified SAL generated & accepted.
- $48,000 annually
