About the role
- This position serves as a trusted resource for employees and managers while ensuring HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the organization's mission of delivering exceptional emergency medical services.
- Review and audit employee time records for accuracy.
- Process payroll changes including new hires, status changes, promotions, and separations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain payroll records in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies.
- Maintain applicant tracking system and onboarding workflows.
- Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Maintain confidential employee records.
- Prepare reports and maintain HR metrics.
- Support HR audits and accreditation activities.
- HR Systems Maintain employee information within the HRIS.
Requirements
- Experience Three (3) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in a union environment preferred.
Skills
- Support implementation of new HR technologies and workflows.
Compensation
- $28k-$31k
