About the role
- The Program Mentor will assist the Site LDP Director at our Hope Farm Como Location.
- Assign tasks to teams on a rotating schedule.
- Serve as tutor or homework help resource during afterschool study periods.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and supervise program/activities for HOPE Farm, Inc., participants in the following categories:
- Academic support - work with Academic Specialists.
Requirements
- 15-20 hrs. per week (some Saturdays will be required)

Skills
- Ensure that all program activities are safe and staffed; Report any accidents/incidents immediately and follow all protocols.
- Act as a backup driver for after school pick - up
- Represent HOPE Farm Inc., as needed at community, fundraising, or special events on/off-site.
- Other duties as directed by Program Director

- Comply with HOPE Farm, Inc. policies re: professionalism and confidentiality and m odel behaviors consistent with HOPE Farm Inc., values
- Some weekend and/or evening hours are required for special events
- Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in education, coaching, or youth programs is preferred
- Current TX driver's license. clean driving record must pass standards for coverage by company carrier
