About the role
- As such, the intern will shadow an assigned mentor from the counseling department who is responsible for the provision of case management/counseling services to the residents of Cal Farley's Boys Ranch.
- The intern will shadow an assigned counselor who acts as liaison between residents, families, and outside agencies and provides crisis intervention for residents.

Requirements
- The intern is working toward obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling at an accredited university.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree from an accredited university in Social Work, Child Psychology, Counseling, Human Services Administration or related field is required.
- Basic competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.
- Must be proficient in general office equipment operation.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
