About the role

  • The Payroll Accountant will primarily be assisting with the daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll tax payment and reporting process.
  • We also offer a 401(k) plan, stock purchase plan, paid time off, life insurance, disability plans and other optional supplemental coverage.

Requirements

  • Associates or bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, in a related field of study or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good organizational and self review skills with the ability to be detail oriented and have a strong sense of accuracy.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Skill in working with a personal computer, including spreadsheet applications.

Nice to have

  • One to two years of payroll tax reporting, bank reconciliation, or finance/accounting experience preferred.
