About the role
- Headquartered in Toronto, the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) is responsible for investing in new infrastructure projects.
- The ideal candidate has strong analytical and financial modelling skills, is a strong team player and is excited to engage on a wide variety of strategic topics and functions within the CIB.

Nice to have
- Assess individual investment opportunities against our portfolio objectives, including drafting input for investment memos
- Monitor performance of current and forecasted portfolio against portfolio targets, including development of quarterly reporting
- Minimum of three years of experience in investing, risk, corporate strategy, consulting or similar
- ideally direct experience in portfolio construction, portfolio management or other strategic functions
- Undergraduate degree, with an advanced degree (e.g., MBA or similar) preferred
- Strong business acumen, with demonstrated aptitude for strategic, analytical and critical thinking
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial analysis and modelling, policy analysis and market research
- Bilingualism (English and French), an asset (training can be provided)
Compensation
- Support the annual portfolio planning process including long-term portfolio allocation, interim targets and overall constraints and objectives
