- Details about this opportunity: - Full Time Center-Based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist/Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) - Hawthorne, NY - Mon-Fri 8:30am-3:30pm - $21-26/hourly - Please note this is a range.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Clinical Supervisors to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
- Acquire and maintain RBT credential in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within the first 90 days of employment.
- Implement Behavior Support Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans as directed.
- Effectively manage learners including physical crisis intervention protocols, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.

Requirements
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Nice to have
- Minimum of 6 months ABA working with children or adolescents with Autism in a supervised setting.
- Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind.
- Bilingual is a plus.
