About the role

- This role is responsible for identifying the highest-value opportunities to accelerate revenue growth, expand margin, and strengthen the long-term performance of the Wallet portfolio.
- You will work across Product, Analytics, Finance, Operations, and GTM teams to frame critical business questions, shape decision making, and turn insight into action.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading strategic growth and monetization initiatives for a complex business, with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue and/or GMV growth.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end customer journeys, payments, and marketplace economics, with the ability to identify high-impact growth and monetization levers.
- Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to distill ambiguity into clear recommendations, decisions, and action plans.
Compensation
- Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
- $166,000 - $221,600
- The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
- If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
