Campus program design and launch
Own the Lovable Campus Leads Program end-to-end: recruiting, onboarding, activation, and retention of student champions
Identify and hand-pick campus leads
Design and run the on-campus event playbook
Set expectations, keep leads activated, collect product feedback, and celebrate wins loudly
Be the person who knows each campus lead and their administration champions personally - their motivation, their context, their builder identity - and make the program feel like a relationship, not a portal
Build the pipeline between campus leads and the broader ambassador program
Build relationships with faculty, club leads, and accelerator staff at target schools to deepen Lovable's presence beyond a single point of contact per campus
Own the roadmap for expanding once the first cohort produces repeatable, self-sustaining events

3-6 years of experience in community-led growth, campus programs, developer relations, student marketing, or a startup role where you owned end-to-end programs

Experience with event logistics, cohort programs, or ambassador-style communities is a strong plus
Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to define the role as much as fill it
