- This role sits within our product org, so funnel changes move fast.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale LinkedIn and Meta as our primary growth channels-managing campaign strategy, creative iteration, audience targeting, and daily optimization to hit cost-per-activation targets
- Paid Social: Own and scale LinkedIn and Meta as our primary growth channels-managing campaign strategy, creative iteration, audience targeting, and daily optimization to hit cost-per-activation targets
Requirements
- 5+ years in growth or performance marketing with a focus on paid social channels
- Experience launching a paid channel from scratch-business case, test structure, and scale
Nice to have
- Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, or other emerging paid social platforms
- Familiarity with AI training, data labeling, or model evaluation
- International campaign experience across multiple markets or languages
Compensation
- $1M+ in annual ad spend managed across paid social and other paid channels
