About the role

Job Description: This opening is for PRN and requires you work: - At least 4 shifts a month; - At least one weekend shift a month; - At least one major holiday a year and; - At least one minor holiday a year.
All of your actions should follow facility policies and procedures and if you have any needs or concerns, you agree to communicate them to the supervisor on duty.
Provides exemplary customer service to residents, peers, families, managers, and visitors.

Includes Fertility & Family Building Support, Weight Management, and Chronic Condition Support

At least two (2) years of experience caring for older adults in a senior living facility is preferred.

Must have working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and World Wide Web.

Vision: Normal: Consistent with standard workflow.

Sometimes (S) = 25-49%
Frequent (F) = 50-74%
Continuous (C) = 75% plus
R = Climbing F = Stooping Lifting/Carrying: F = 10-25 lbs.
F = Standing F = Pushing F = 26-50 lbs.
S = Sitting F = Pulling F = 51-75 lbs.

Completes all annual education requirements timely, including but not limited to Compliance, Privacy, Security and HIPAA training and exhibits behavior as set forth by the Code of Conduct in the performance of their duties.
