About the role
- As part of the Food & Beverage team, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional bar experience aligned with Aman's philosophy of understated luxury and intuitive service.
Responsibilities
- Lead bar shifts, directing and supporting bartenders and barbacks to ensure smooth service
- Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service with expert beverage knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all bar areas
- Manage inventory, requisitions, and communicate shortages effectively
- Support and contribute to beverage menu development and innovation
- Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive culture

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- TIPS and ServSafe certifications required
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs
Nice to have
- leadership experience preferred
- Previous experience in a luxury food & beverage or bar environment
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros, SevenRooms, and Opera preferred
